Call for Tutorials
The ICONIP'09 Organizing Committee invites proposals for tutorials to be held immediately preceding the main program of the conference.
The tutorials should provide in-depth coverage to topics of current interest in neural information processing, including computational intelligence and the computational modeling of neural and cognitive function.
Proposals for tutorials should be submitted in electronic form (Word or pdf) by May 15, 2009 to the Tutorials Chair, Kevin Wong (k.wong [at] murdoch [dot] edu [dot] au). **Submission is now closed**
There are currently six approved tutorials which are inclusive with an ICONIP'09 registration. Details of which are available here.
Call for Workshops
Post-conference workshops typically provide valuable in-depth discussions of specific topics in neural networks and computational intelligence. The format of each workshop can include presentations as well as posters and/or panel discussions among participants. These workshops may consist of both invited and contributed papers that will highlight exciting new developments and currents trends of research.
The deadline for workshop submissions is April 30, 2009. **passed**
Please direct your inquiries to the Workshops Chairs, Lai Weng Kin (lai [at] mimos [dot] my) or C. P. Lim (cplim [at] eng [dot] usm [dot] my).
